Group Formation Guidelines

This semester has 84 enrolled students, and we will form 8 project teams of 10–11 students each.

Teams will be formed based on project selection. Students may either:

• propose a custom project, or
• select from the list of client-sponsored projects.

During the first week of the semester, students will review all available projects and rank their project preferences via a survey. Teams will then be formed around shared project interests. When a project attracts more students than available slots, final team composition will be determined based on skill balance, project needs, and overall team alignment.

Group formation will be finalized by the end of the first week so project work can begin immediately.
